Aromatherapy

Well...i pass by S&J souvenir shop...bought an oil burner...scented candle (jasmine)...and essential oil(Tea Tree Oil).


I've taste all da other scents of essential oil which available n found out most of it to b choking..i mean some sort of a way to illustrate da smell..u noe...especially...Peppermint..=(


Suppost i went to Body Shop for da essential oil as my boy told me dat da smell will stay longer den those in S&J...Watever it is...i never buy frm there..caus it too expensive for me..U noe??like...i'm burnin off my money...

Ok...let stop da crap...now i'm goin to tell u...how itz work...and itz purpose...



1. Essential oil blends can also be created for a specific therapeutic purpose such as for easing aching muscles, aiding acne, reducing winter “blahs” and so on...


2. Essential oils can be categorized into broad groups based on their aromas.As for mine..Tea tree oil..is for medication purpose..as for prevent flu..to disinfect sick rooms, Tea Tree oil, which is easily evaporated, may be diffused into the air, it's aroma is like that of a medicinal antiseptic.



How itz works...??

1. 1st..Pour some hot water to ur oil burner bowl
2. Secondly...put a few drop of ur favourite essential oil..
3. Thirdly..light on ur scented candle..
4. Relax & enjoy..

Today i went to Queensbay with my old buddy...I bought a set of ZA skincare n The face shop Blemish Balm den we have lunch in da Taiwan Bull Restaurant...

Da food is aweful...i've order da Mince chicken noodle taste like 'hell' almost vomit out dat i cant even finish da food

Wed (29 /10) i went to Genting with my bf n our fren total 5 person. However laz minute one of my fren's gf fall sick and my fren have to stay in Penang to take care of her..Sooo dissapointed..end up onli left 3 of us..

We reach Genting at 5 in da mornin...n we're so tired n exhausted as a result of din sleep for da whole nite..

We walk around da whole place of Genting while waitin for check-in

After dat we go in to the outdoor theme park n we've play few games inside..

Den we go for lunch Nando's..Mac D..Burger King...n da Hou Mei Restaurant or sumthg...da Hou Mei restaurant cost me RM 17 for a plate of Fried Cintan Mee BABI!!

den we went to da Genting cineplex for midnite show THE COFFIN...da movie quite scary but i not realli understand wat da movie itz all about

Da trip is fun though 2 of my fren was not there...I think it will b more fun if they were there...

Yesterday i went to KL with my family(except my sis) n my parent's fren..(1 day trips)

Itz so tiring...I never sleep at da nite b4 we went off to KL..

We went around 4 am in da morning..n our car broke down in middle of da highway..Luckily my dad n my godbro was there there to fix da situation...fuhh (thx God) Changing tyre is not my job obviously..but at least i got help to do sumthg as in holding da torch light...pai seh pai seh

I cant even sit properly inside da car...so damn pack... my head could juz lean over da car window..

Finally,we reach KL at 9 in da morning...i feel so damn headache n lazy to walk together with my family who busying taking pic..Oooh plz my face realli luk like panda dat time(eyeliner smearing)n my face luk like zombie too...

After dat we went to Times Square...Sungai Wang...n Pavillion...My mum shop alot..She bought alot of shoes..n i juz bought a frosted liquid Eyeliner from Elianto..da eyeliner realli suit itz name..'frosted'..very hard to remove even with da eye make up removal..

Sungai Wang is so damn pack...i realli dun like to go there..but wat to do =(

Times Square at least better...somehow da air-cond is cooler n less surround by Malays..

We went back home at 9 pm n reach home around 2 am...My whole body muscle is so pain..very unforgettable trip...
